Who We Are

We don't have a "plan" per se, which might not sit well with you.

But we can't stop thinking about a time when the Church produced culture and era-defining artists. Boundary-pushing writers, poets, sculptors, painters, and musicians. The works of these artists are breathtaking. Even centuries later, we still can't comprehend the magnitude of what they created. It's overwhelming.

Somewhere along the way, we stopped nurturing those people.

We stopped painting ceilings that leave people speechless.
We stopped carving marble into something that still moves us centuries later.
We stopped writing hymns born from the depths of suffering.

If we've gathered anything from worship leaders and artists around us, it's that they're tired. They're tired of the formulaic. Sick of the superficial. If we can tip the needle even a little in the other direction, that's all we want.
Just better artistry. More authenticity.

If we can keep producing this caliber of music, great song after great song, great singer after great singer, SOMETHING will happen. We don't know what yet. But something will. And it will likely look different because this doesn't exactly fit any traditional mold.

But we can roll with that.
